Cancellation Policy
•Booking fee/Deposit must be paid to secure your appointment. NO deposit, NO appointment.
•All Booking fees/Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
•We kindly ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice on any changes to your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice or no call/no shows will result in loss of deposit and a additional 50% cancellation fee. These fees must be paid before booking a future appointment and an additional non refundable deposit is required to book a future appointment. If you need to reschedule, please notify us ASAP and I will do my best to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and considered a no show and will be charged no show fees.
